1. Receptionist
Position Summary
As the first point of contact at AOKLINIK, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all patients and visitors. The role involves handling administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and managing front-desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Manage appointment bookings and handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.

Ensure patient registration and documentation are complete and accurate.

Support administrative duties, including maintaining cleanliness and order at the reception area.
Minimum Qualifications

SPM certificate or equivalent.

Proficient in spoken and written English, Malay, and Chinese (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Customer Services Specialist
Position Summary
The Customer Services Specialist ensures a seamless patient journey, addressing inquiries, managing feedback, and providing excellent service to maintain high patient satisfaction.

3. Medical Officer with LCP
Position Summary
The Medical Officer with LCP (Letter of Credentialing and Privileging) certification will perform medical aesthetic procedures, provide consultations, and oversee patient care with professionalism and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct consultations and design personalized treatment plans.

Perform medical aesthetic procedures, including injectables, lasers, and other non-invasive treatments.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian Ministry of Health guidelines.

Maintain detailed patient records and uphold high clinical standards.
Minimum Qualifications

MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized in Malaysia.

Possession of an LCP in Aesthetic Medicine

Fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).

4. Registered Nurses
Position Summary
Registered Nurses at AOKLINIK provide comprehensive nursing care, assist in aesthetic and medical procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort during treatments.
Key Responsibilities

Assist doctors in medical and aesthetic procedures.

Monitor and care for patients during and after treatments.

Maintain cleanliness and sterility of treatment rooms and equipment.

Educate patients about aftercare and follow-up instructions.
Minimum Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

Current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).

Proficient in English and Malay; Chinese is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in medical aesthetics or dermatology.

Certification in IV therapy or wound care is advantageous.
5. Marketing/Communication/ PR Executive
Position Summary
The Marketing/Communication Executive will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage online platforms, and create engaging content to promote AOKLINIK’s services and brand presence.
